Deck Stain

Deck stain is a type of paint or finish used to protect and color outdoor wooden decks. Deck stain is available in a variety of colors and finishes, including semi-transparent, solid, and clear. It can also contain water repellent and mildew-resistant additives.

Osmo deck stain or decking oil is an oil based formula that rather than sit on the wood penetrates the grain to provide improved protection against staining and swelling.

Deck stain should be applied to a clean, dry deck surface, and can be applied with a brush or roller. Deck stain should be reapplied every two to three years to protect the wood from the elements.
