Refund policy

We have a no quibble returns policy and you can return your purchase for any reason no questions asked.

Should your order arrive damaged we will either replace or refund whichever you prefer.

For damaged items we will send you a prepaid shipping label but for returns where you've changed your mind we ask that you pay for the return postage as we've already paid for the delivery postage. We believe this is fair to both our customers and ourselves.
