Delivery Charges

UK delivery is free of charge. Delivery prices to overseas customers is provided during checkout.

How long will delivery take?

We ship all orders within the UK on a 48 hour tracked service. If you require a next day delivery please get in touch and we'll advise if this is possible and of extra charges applicable.

Delivery to overseas customers is generally within 5 working days after despatch although this can vary from country to country. We provide tracking details with all orders.

Returns Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy on all products. If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or for replacement whichever you prefer.

We've built our business on our customer service and by treating customers fairly all we ask is customers are fair with us.

If your purchase is faulty we will replace your item and send you a prepaid return label for the faulty product.

If you change your mind or have ordered by mistake you're still welcome to return your order for a full refund however we ask that you pay the return postage. As we've already paid the cost of delivery we believe this is fair to both ourselves and our customers.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we photograph all products ourselves and ensure they are an accurate representation of the product.

Will the item I purchase fit?

All our listings have dimensions and we're gradually adding plan drawings to ensure customers have every dimension needed.

If in doubt please ask and we'll confirm any dimensions you need.

70% of all items returned are due to customers ordering an item which is the wrong size so please read the dimensions carefully.
