Osmo Polyx®-Oil – Original Hard Wax Oil

Osmo Polyx®-Oil is a trusted wood treatment designed to protect and highlight the natural character of wooden floors and furniture. Combining natural oils and waxes, this hard wax oil delivers a smooth satin finish that enhances the grain and texture of the wood.

Ideal for use on oak, pine, ash, beech and other softwoods and hardwoods, it’s perfect for flooring, furniture, doors, wall panels and more. The durable finish is resistant to water, dirt, abrasion and everyday spills like tea, juice and wine. It’s also microporous, allowing the wood to breathe while offering robust protection against cracking, flaking or peeling.

This oil is easy to apply and even easier to maintain. Future reapplications or spot repairs don’t require sanding, making it a smart long-term choice for any interior woodwork.

Made from a blend of natural vegetable oils and waxes, Osmo Polyx®-Oil is safe for use on children’s toys and furniture and is resistant to saliva and sweat. Available in a choice of clear finishes: Glossy, Satin, Matt and Semi-Matt.
