Wood Plugs

Wood plugs are designed to fit into a pre-drilled hole. They are most commonly used to fill in screw holes, but can also be used to plug nail holes or to seal off wood-to-wood joints. Wood plugs are available in a variety of woods, and can be stained to match the surrounding wood. Our wood plugs are produced from responsibly-harvested, FSC-certified wood.

Wood Plugs Types

There are three main types of wood plug, cross grain plugs which are designed to match the wood grain and form a near invisible finish, end grain plugs which give a visible finish which looks as though it's dowelled or pinned and mushroom plugs or button plugs which are proud of the wood to make a feature of the joint.
