Solid, nicely made, look as good in the flesh as they do in the promotional images. Hefty feel to them. I will be buying from here again should I need to. Only slight niggle is that on the smaller bracket as I bought, the screw-hole is fairly narrow, but I think that's just an unavoidable consequence of the smaller size. I couldn't speak for larger ones, but I would hope that they would have a larger screw-hole to accommodate thicker, more heavy duty screws. You may want to check that. The bracket itself is certainly up to heavy-duty work, you just need to select your screws carefully to match. The provided screws are fine for most purposes. I was using these to hold up a heavy oak mantel, hence wanting longer, stronger screws than most people would.
I was going to purchase this product online from a major diy retailer but saw that it would be shipped direct from Oakcrafts. Decided to buy direct from Oakcrafts - not only was it the same price, a free Harris paintbrush was included and it was delivered free within 24hrs of placing my order. I received good advice from a friendly and helpful person on the online chat. The product itself was used to protect a bare softwood pine arbour, and was easy to apply. A full 1L tin did a single generous coat on the whole arbour, with enough left over to give the roof a second coat. So far, I am impressed with the finish and it seems to be repelling water well. Time will tell how long it lasts but if I get a year, I'll be happy. Average price too.

Trying to find decent brackets is a nightmare, boring design in the large retailers and dubious quality from some outlets. Here we find really well made brackets, great choice of design and a real genuine service experience from what I'd call the best in the industry. My only point to note is the supplied screws are great for fixing your shelf to the bracket but I'd not use them for the wall. Overall really pleased, will likely use again and recommend to others.
