Ideal for Painting and Protecting Cast Iron
Eliminate rust and create a personalised finish using Hammerite paint. Simply clean the cast iron with white spirit to remove any oils or wax and apply two coats of paint (lighter colours may require an extra coat) to protect and preserve the product. Once painted can be used outdoors or indoors.

Direct application
Paint can be applied directly onto rusted surfaces without need for a primer, saving time and effort in the preparation process.If the objects are made from bare zinc, aluminium or galvanized metal use Hammerite Direct to Galvanised Metal Paint.

Dual Tech Formulation
Providing double protection from corrosion and water. Rust converter stops rust and wax protects from water on top of the finish.

Once applied it provides a durable , long-lasting finish that withstands harsh weather conitions including rain, sun and extreme temperatures.
